Executive Chef Heather Terhune and Bartender John Stanton compete in Seasonal Slam


With one competition already under their belts, Chef Tom Van Lente and Head Bartender Graham Crowe of TWO (1132 W. Grand Ave.) are hungry for their next challengers in the restaurant's second installment of Seasonal Slam. TWO's dynamic duo is set to go toe-to-toe and chop-for-chop against Sable Kitchen & Bar's Chef Heather Terhune and Bartender John Stanton. On Sunday, January 25, temperatures in the kitchen will really heat up as guests become epicurean judges, voting for the best dish and cocktail per course that must feature: blood oranges, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes. The restaurant team with the most votes at the end of the dinner will be crowned winner. Seasonal Slam starts with a festive cocktail reception at 5 p.m., with the seated dinner to start at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $105, including of food, drink, tax, and tip, and can be purchased online here.
