Sable Select Private Dining in Chicago

For those events when selection is key, there is a special dining section in Sable that is perfect for intimate gatherings. Located on the mezzanine-level of the restaurant, Upper Sable is partitioned so that business meetings, birthday parties, wedding celebrations, and other personal affairs can enjoy Sable's exceptional food, drink and atmosphere, yet remain artfully apart from the rest of the bar and dining areas. Upper Sable accommodates up to 24 guests.
